2 week old chicks pecking, need info hi

Looks good to me! It’s totally fine to give them treats just provide grit for them. I throw sand and dirt into a container: works well as a dust bath and it’s good for grit! You can give them hard boiled egg yolks, lettuce, grapes, apples, oats, a bit of rice, raisins, cut up mealworms... just give them grit! They love going outside too, make sure to have them in a secure pen. I use a bottomless cardboard box so they can scratch around in the dirt and grass!

Oh and not sure if it's relevant, but the ameraucana was a tiny bit older and bigger than the rest when we got them, a week or less older I'd say.

Give them boredom busters in their brooder. A mirror, pompoms (big enough so that they can’t eat them), a perching bar, slices of apples in a hanging suet bird feeder... By giving them other things to peck at they’ll be less likely to peck each other.

Is it ok to give them food other than their chick feed without grit?

They’re bored or not getting enough protein. They need at least 18% protein. Try boredom busters, giving them a sod of dirt, greens, a dust bath, scatter their feed.
