I have some chicks...about 2 weeks old...i noticed today when I was holding one and checking her out that there was this little "flea"looking critter crawling around in the vent area. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions

poultry dust will work at their age, put some in a bag and put the chick into the bag with head out, then close up bag around neck and shake. after doing that take a little and dust atound the head making sure not to get into eyes or mouth. What ever they have been sleeping in will need to be treated and the old bedding treated and disposed of. you can use sevin also but make sure it's the one safe for animals.
