Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
Okay just hatched my first batch on chicks from my homemade Incubator 5 of them out of 13 eggs and about 2 weeks old , moved them to outside coop I made for them, nights are about 72 degrees and days upper 90s. I know it seems soon but they seem happy and have stayed outside for 4 days and nights. They have lots of shade and at night I provided a box for them to spend the night in..just trying new things for my own experience...Comments welcomed ..
