2 week old ducklings whistling when breathing

This has been going on for about a week now. Some information on how I'm keeping them; they have water deep enough to dunk their heads in, using specialised duckling feed. Have been using pine shavings from the day i got them. They look perfectly normal otherwise (eating, drinking) just when resting two of them start whistling, i do notice them breathing abit faster too. I'll post a picture of my set-up. I posted this not in the duckling forums by accident reposting here. Any advice is appreciated.

Can you post a little video of them whistling? I had some ducklings who whistled and turned out to be drakes. There was nothing wrong with them. It was just their voice was like that for a while. I’d like to hear what your sound like if you upload your video to a host like YouTube or Vimeo and then post the link here.
And as for faster breathing-how many weeks old are there and What is the temperature in your Brooder, they might be too warm

thanks for the reply ill post a video once theyve settled down. They are welsh harlequin though and were sexed at birth (female) and one of them has started making honking noises. the whistling kind of sounds like when you have a blocked nose and you're trying to breathe
