2 Week Old Silkie w/Growth on Top of Head?

Wondering if those of you who raise Silkies might help me identify what is on top of this chick’s head? At first I thought it was just a lopsided vaulted skull (if there is such a thing), but it’s becoming more pronounced as the days pass. It’s squishy to the touch and decidedly left of center. Thoughts?

Honestly, I didn't even think of that! It definitely feels like one, I only discount it because of how young the chick is and because of its odd positioning. He seems great otherwise, so I'm going to go with that for now! Thanks for responding!
