2 year old hen has started laying soft shelled eggs regularly

I have a hen that is two years old and has started laying soft shelled eggs regularly. I am feeding her Purina layer pellets and she has access to oyster shell as well. she is the only one laying soft shells. my other hen is laying perfect eggs. Any help and suggestions would be great. other than soft shelled eggs she acts perfectly normal.

There could be something wrong with her shell gland, if there is she will continue to lay them. Otherwise stress will cause soft shelled eggs, so see if there's a reason why she would be stressed or frightened.

. There is nothing stressing her that I can tell. She is my most outgoing of the two. I check the coop daily to make sure no unwanted visitors are there.

There are also some diseases that can cause it, other things like salt in the water, and too much panting when laying. A few soft eggs can be normal when they resume laying, but not constant.
