2 year old hen: thin Rough shell with watery egg white. yolk was fine

My hen layed a wierd egg today. the egg white was almost pure water, and the shell was thin and ruff. any causes?
 
Accidents happen. Could just be a fluke. Or perhaps it is a sign she is going to begin fall molt soon hard to say from just one egg.
