2 year old hen walking on her knees

We have a white cochen layer who is now a year and a half old. She's been laying fine, along with the rest of the flock. Today we found her with her legs folded out in front of her, unable to stand straight. She does sort of a duck waddle with her legs bent. Up until today has been very healthy. Any ideas for cause/remedies?

This Person successfully treated it, you need to cover all the bases as this person did, wich takes time. Or if you want an easy way, cull her, but it sounds like you dont want that.
