2 Year Old Hen with Laying and Dropping issue

I have a 2 year old RIR hen who has not laid in a couple months now. In total, she has only produced about seven eggs while all of her sisters (all two years as well), have laid within the 40-50 range.
She also has a pooping issue, she hasn't been going to the bathroom as much as all of her flockmates have which lead me to believe she has minor constipation.

I am wondering if I should take her to the vet to be checked out? Or are there things at home that I can do for her? I have already tried bathing her in warm water, which didn't exactly seem to help.

Does she have a very pale comb by any chance?

Is she normally active or does she stand mostly in one spot with tail held low and flat?

Her comb is paler towards the back and she doesn't seem that perky. I'll get pics ASAP. She is normally pretty active and she still is, just not as much as she usually is and her tail looks normal.
