2 year old hens

I have 6 pullets and. 2 hens. My hens are 2 years old and the pullets are 16 weeks old. My 2 year old hen have stopped laying completely for about 2 weeks now. Anybody know what could be happening ? I checked they're pin bones and they are about 2-3 fingers apart .

After 2 years egg laying goes down so it could just be the natural order of things.
