2 year old hens

My hans were laying eggs great last year,and then they went into molding just before winter.Now 7 months later just one of them laying eggs and I lost 3 of them totally healthy looking/diffrent types/ 1 at the time in the last 3 months.I have asked friends who also raising laying hends what they think what is the problem but have no idea,could you please give us advice what could be the problem.Thank you!

Could you give us the breeds, if they were chicks when you got them, what feed they are on, if they presented any symptoms at all before dying.

They are were about 6 weeks old when we got them in 2010.No problems until now and we have not changed anything/food,supliments/.The breeds were Rhode Island Reds,Barred Rocks and Buff Orping.Only breed we have not lost one yet is the Buff Orpings.The last one just lost she looked all of a sudden sick/healhy yesterday/ and she died by the time I realized something was going on.The two before we were gone during the day and when we got back they were dead.
