2 year oldhen getting pecked on

My hens have been together for 2years, one hen is now being pecked on and losing feathers on her back/neck from other hens. Should I separate her...how long. .forever

If they begin to draw blood, then you will have problems. Once they see blood they are brutal. How many chickens do you have? We had good luck with Old MacDonald Stop that Pecking spray that we found at our local supply.

How many birds do you have? What are you feeding? How big is their coop? How big is their run?

We have 10 hens, they have a huge fenced and netting covered area to be in. Their coop is sized for 12 hens but spend all day out playing.

'Huge' and 'sized for 12 hens' is not really what we need to know in order to help.
Feet by feet works better ;-)

Also what exactly and how are you feeding?
Protein percentages is important and so is any other foods being given in what volumes.
