I have a 2yo easter Egger Rooster up for a good home that won't eat him. He had a vitamin deficiency when he was growing up and has a little gimp, but he's a good boy. My girls are having health issues and he is a little overzealous with them. Too few hens for him, and I have him penned up alone for too long while I try and let my girls heal (egg peritonitis, etc, nothing to do with the roo). I really hate rehoming, but I feel bad for him being penned up all the time. He wants a farm to roam with a bunch of girls to guard.
