20 Baby chicks!

Okay, so I ordered 20 chicks online and have them happy in thier brooder. There only a week old and getting so big already which makes me of building thier coop

How big should the coop be for all of them and does anyone have any suggestions?

I have 27 chicks, will be building an 80 sq. ft. coop, that should be room enough for up to 40 chickens, but it's likely to never have more than 30 in it.
