20 or 22 week easter egger gender

Well here is hoping I have a pullet.
This is gray tail. Pullet or cockerel?

The right in the first picture is our suspect. The left is Jon the Hen (named by our 4y.o)

No eggs and no crowing.
Hangs out with the pullets. Aka avoiding the cockerels (maybe 6 ish in the pen) butcher date is Saturday.

I'm pretty sure its a cockerel, there is male specific feathering.
