20 week chicken squawking and sneezing ?

My 20 week pullet started sneezing today. She makes this bawking sound and then sneezes. She has no discharge is not wheezing and is walking around the coop. She has not started laying yet. It has been ridiculously hot here 99 + all week. I have been giving them ice water and refridgerated watermelon and yogurt during the day. They free range in our back yard, but have been hiding in the coop in the shade mostly. Any help would be very helpful.
