20 Week ISA Hen, not laid for nearly 3 days

Newbie here. I have a small flock of 5 birds, all 19-20 weeks. 2 ISA, 2EE and a Polish. Only one is laying, an ISA started laying at 16 weeks, eggs are small but consistent every day since. We are now in our 3rd day where she goes into the box for 30 minutes in the morning, but doesn't lay an egg. She is eating, drinking, and acting normal. At what point do I become concerned?

No concern. I have ISA Browns. They lay eggs in the oddest places. Look around. Perhaps you will find more. Mine have laid in corners behind food can and on the top of an unopened bale of hay. I get 6 eggs everyday from 6 hens since they started at 16 weeks.

If her behavior is normal I wouldn't worry. Very typical for new layers to be inconsistent with laying, whether it's egg quality, timing, so on.
