I do believe they are to young to molt, I dont think they do that until they are a year old

I'm just jealous! I have 3 SLW's that are all at least 24 weeks and no eggs yet. Not even an squat from them! My BO's are laying like darn machines but the SLW's . . . . nothing!

Where has some secret nests been???? I have been worried about that and have looked around there pen which still has lots of green, they have made tunnels in there before they learned about good scratching!!! I can't see any signs of eggs. I was scared they have been eating them too. After egg #3 one of our ladies laid a shellless egg.....I haven't seen any remerents around since!! They are a funny crew!! And no I haven't stopped the scraps they DO love it when I come with the kichen Chick bowl!!OH I just hope I get/find a egg again SOON!!!

woooo hoooo they are BACK!! 2 eggs yesterday afternoon!!! and one was a double yolk!!!
still pooping in nest box thougth!! Stinkers. and right next to my fake egg i left last night!!!!
