I got these guys a few days old from my local TSC they were purchased as pullets but display roster tendencies such as dominance stances and neck feather show lift.

They are the smaller ones of the bunch the white is from feather eating they are production reds

Production reds don't have white tail feathers. They should be black. In any case, I don't see any signs of these birds being cockerels, so I think you can safely assume you've got pullets. Cockerels would have large red combs and wattles at that size.
