20 week old pullets seem small. HELP!

I have 33 20 week old pullets that seem way underweight. I am feeding them chick starter/grower until they start laying. Am I not feeding them enough or something?

Chick starter is only for the first 0-8 weeks. I would put them on Gamebird feed 22-28%, you will see a big difference. Give them free choice, do not limit how much they eat. They will not over eat.

Game feed is for chicken? I thought it was for doves or something?

Like everyone said, starter feed is finely crumbled mash with 25% protein. Get a laying mash for your birds if they are layers. Laying mash has about 16% protein, 3% fat, 6% fiber, 4% calcium, Mathionine, Lysine and Vitamins A and D Make sure the Lysine is over0.6%
