20 week pullet back of head pecked

This is a first in my flock, one of the youngest pullets have been pecked by my other hens (I have no roosters). Is all I can do is flush it with iodine? I've seperated her, it was more of a bloody mess yesterday. There is pus dried up behind her head.

Does it go any deeper, or does it just look like a surface wound?

If it's a surface wound, some antibiotic spray should help infection, which is always my main concern once they get over shock, or iodine if you want. Keeping it clean will do wonders.

Yesterday seemed like there was a small (peck) open wound from the top, it's scabbed over today with the pus. I am worried about infection.

I'd just get some antibiotic spray in there. That's always worked for my hens.
