20+weekers, only one is laying- layer feed or not?

We have nine Australorp hens that are a little over 20 wks old. One of them started laying a few days ago (1egg every other day). They've been on Flock Raiser so far and I've been reading about not introducing layer feed until they lay.

With one of them starting to lay, should I switch to layer feed now or should I keep giving flock raiser?

If one is laying the rest are not far behind so layer won't hurt. Add a side dish of a calcium supplement and you can feed the flock raiser to all. When you go to buy feed next you can then switch if you want.
