This was pieced on the machine. It took me about 3 months to piece it and I have been quilting it on the machine on and off for about 2 months. I get bored with projects and set them aside for awhile. That is why I have so many that need finished !!!!

Don't ask me why IM doing this swap !! CRAZY I guess !
My DH asked me "What are you starting now?" GRRRRRRRRR !

I have in the brooder: 4 BA , 2 CM,and 1 Aricauna- CM mix.
In the incubator 4 CM and 4 Arucauna

I like to hand sew too, Puff. I'm going to pick up an el cheapo machine just for this kinda stuff. If I don't get a chance to pick up a sewing mach, I'll hand sew it. This way I can sit in a comfy chair with a blanket over my legs and sew away.

Beautiful quilt Chicken Women!!!

Ok, enough of this 50 and 60 degree talk! It was -1 here this morning! Brrrrr!

I started quilting the flowers and hearts on the green quilt last night.

I'm just hand sketching them on with my disappearing ink fabric marker. They won't all be exactly alike (I don't have stencils), but I think it will still turn out ok. Spent time last night tagging and banding a new calf, so I didn't get as much done as I would have liked.

I need to get Arabookworm's block done soon. I want the swap blocks done and gone soon so I don't risk them ending up packed in a box somewhere for the move!

Okay... fabric, check. Rotary cutter and board, check. Sewing machine, check. Thread and needles, scissors, check. Straight pins, check. Magazine with handy dandy helpful hints and totally portable, check. What am I missing?
