Wow, you all make really nice quilts and blocks! At some point, I'll have to put my past quilts on line.

I have Arabookworm's new block done finally. I ended up doing a regular Ohio Star. Things are moving forward on the house, so my time is limited. I have so much to do! I hope you like it, Arabookworm! You said it was going to be a baby quilt and I thought this fabric would be cute for a baby... hope it is ok!

I'm getting close to finishing DH's grandma's quilt finally. I haven't gotten to work on it as much as I would like lately because everything has been so hectic. I'm sitting here blind-stitching the binding on in between reading and posting.

Her birthday is this Saturday so I'm running out of time.

Edited to add... chicken women, I haven't gotten to the blocks for the baby quilt just yet, but I did pick out some patterns today. I am hoping to get going on the soon and get them to you!

Chicken Women everyone on here calls mixed breed chickens mutts. I call them Designer chicks, I don't like the term mutts LOL


Nice Block Chevy, I am working on my sewing machine something is up with it. Makes me mad as I have only a few days left for the 9 patch swap and I want to get those done without having to go to my sisters. I am planning on sending 4 sets for that. If this machine does not start shaping up I will be buying a new one faster than I planned. It probally really needs to go for a cleaning. But the only guy who fixes them are never in. I been messing with it off and on for 2 days and all day today.


The last couple of days I have cut out fabric for over 150 blocks LOL. Now to just keep working on that darn machine till it is fixed LOL I really can't complain it is 10 years old and never gave me a problem before.
