Has anyone heard from ChikkieNikkie??? No offense meant but the new swappers should be on a probationary period until we know they are actually going to send a block and not just take one!

I just finished her block and will send it out today.

I wanted to use a different pattern, but I could not get the center right-it was always too small! I tried it three different times. I am not giving up on it, though, I will try until I get it right!

What is that pattern Heather? I've seen Leeps use it too and love it..especially with those fabrics..extremely pretty!!!!

It's been a crazy month here. My Gr'ma went in the hosp. because of her diabetes and then came home to our house when they released her on the 12th. I've learned an awful lot about diabetes care and how to eat properly for that! I am trying to walk that little line between taking care of her and smothering her, but we think it is going well. Next week we'll know more about when/if/how she can go back to her home and live independantly again. Needless to say, that's why your block is going out right on the deadline - I was an early bird last time
