So, curious, how is "the most beautiful" judged? Good photo? By the SOP? Condition of bird? (no ratty or dirty feathers or beaten comb or young age, etc)

Sure, but they don't really qualify as "most beautiful".

They can! If they are in good condition, they are qualified. Or just beautiful looking! I love the looks of Barred Rocks! their feathering is so pretty!
