I just found a hen sitting on 20-30 eggs, so I feel your pain, lol.

I found three eggs today all in different locations. That means one of my peahens did not lay an egg and I am not sure who it is, but the eggs I did get look very good! One was very round. I think all of that laying mash, oyster shell grit, and collard greens did the trick.

Oh and I am happy to say that recently I was contacted by a lady wanting to buy Smarty! Friday her sister is going to pick up Smarty and pay me. Smarty is a 2012 hatch split to white peacock and he has been giving my white peacock grief by chasing him all over the place. Smarty is definitely ready to have his own kingdom without having to chase around a poor white peacock. I am happy to finally be selling him because while I love him, I don't need him for breeding. Exciting!

Thanks, what about the Gamebird pellets?

-Kathy
The Game Bird pellets are 24% protein... I like using them because they are a mini pellet and my Guineas and Quail can all eat them too. They stopped making them a while back and switched to making a 24% protien Game Bird crumble (which my birds WASTE SOOOO MUCH OF!!!), so I was on the phone for quite a while griping up a storm until they decided to start making them again

Quote: You better put that stirrin' stick away before someone takes it away and spanks you with it, lol.

And... not trying to stir the pot by any means, but I already know the sex of these chicks, lol.

I know I read on here one member can sex peachicks at 24 hours,,right or wrong,,they can sex them,,,50% chance of being right or wrong,,I see barring on all wings so today I think they are all boys. But can I guess again at 3 months?
