Only in the Peoples' Republic of California. When I was a kid, nobody wanted to use the rest rooms if they could hold it. They were filthy. The bushes were cleaner. I am not sure if the girls' toilet was cleaner. I doubt it.

Now that the world is safer for bicyclist, I am too old and crippled up to ride a bicycle. Just my luck.
