2015 August hatch-a-long!!

Hi. Is this thread still active? I don't see a hatch a long for September hope others are hatching with me too

I just finished my guinea hatch. Cute little things! I now want to try some chickens. Since my rooster is still young I will have to trade someone for fertile eggs. Hope to get some ameracaunas but know I can get some doms.

Day 17 egg is "sloshy". Does this mean it quit?

I have 50 eggs due September 5th.

We've hatch 6 & had 6 quit after getting almost zipped. The chicks look huge when I inspected them. Almost like they were too big to move and get any further
Still waiting on 22 more
Their hatch day was midnight last night so we had a couple earlies

One of the big ones has made it but its leg has something going on with it.

2 Chicks out now a Miniature paint and I think what appears to be a bantam paint... Chick that pipped the wrong end still hanging in there.... no more have pipped yet but day 21 doesn't start until the early hours of tomorrow morning so plenty of time for them... I expect the cheeping of the others will encourage them out
