Hi. Is this thread still active? I don't see a hatch a long for September

hope others are hatching with me too

Mine are going to hatch in September also.

I just added a couple more into the incubator, as one was from a hen who hasn't laid in a while and I really wanted to have one of her chicks hatch.

Day 12 for my flock's eggs in the incubator. Out the 12 I set, only 7 have developed. All the air cells are growing, and there's less than a week till lock down. I'm excited to see what hatches.

I'm on day 12 too! We're getting closer!!

Thank you. Yes .... They're already showing beautiful colrs and patterns. I'll try to get some better pics. So that they can be seen in detail. And just maybe someone can identify their breed. Or "a" breed. Even if you're correct and it is "mutt".

i was just turning my eggs and dropped an ameraucana egg I'm so mad at myself. You could see the blood vessels through the crack

that really sucks. Glad about the healthy chicks though. They grow like weeds

X's 2. And yes, they do grow like weeds, although, there is still that wait...for the first egg!

Opps! Almost missed out on August's Hatch. I have 18 Olive Eggers and 6 BLRW eggs. Next Tuesday will be Day 21.

I want another OE out there so bad. Can you show us the color of your eggs?

I personally love muts. It's always a great surprise seeing the different colors

I have to agree. Mutts..you never know how they will turn out in coloring. I love me a mutt in LF. That's what I have in my bator now. I had.. a pure Blue Copper Marans roo, he bred with my RSL, BSL, and one of my white leghorns. I am expecting little boots on some of those legs, if not all. Will see. I am hoping to see some pips by tomorrow night. Come on little Mutskies! I am hoping that I will get some blue in some of their feathering where the dad was a blue/red boy.
