2015 breeding season

I got 16 eggs sense the 9th , i feel so bad for some of the girls they look so miserable. One of the pieds has laid her clutch and is beginning to pretend sit the decoy eggs i made, she sat all day today then got off and went to the roost. These are the decoy eggs i making for the guineas and peas no more developing or broken eggs.
Why do they look so miserable ?

I got pesky duck eggs in both incubators and now I need to set my pea eggs! a

I haven't gotten any eggs yet either. Hearing the mating cries too. Have you seen your mate yet?

I haven't seen successful mating charge, but I hear a lot of those type cries when I am not close enough to witness anything. Today 2 of hens are standing just little funny, neither looks seriously uncomfortable yet though.

My male is chasing the hens all over the pen but all they do is run. I haven't seen the hens uncomfortable look either. I guess I am being a little unpatient.

My green pair has not produced yet. Hes strutting and she has relieved him of some of his neck feathers haha (like last year) but no eggs yet. Aint giving uo the ship yet.I only had 4 eggs with two hatching last year.

When did they lay last year? some of mine are early this year

I'm waiting on mine too and last year my hen started early May so hopefully I'll be getting an egg soon. Also my hen has been looking like she's going to lay an egg soon. The lady I'm getting my Whites from said that her hens just started laying. Hopefully that means my hen will be laying. This year I made sure she has oyster shells and a high protein that way I shouldn't get any deformed chicks and no egg bound. What do you guys do to give to your hens for calcium? I do Oyster Shells.
