My son placed a mallard egg he found in a nest under our broody hen. All the other eggs had been destroyed by something except for this one. She happily sat on it and it hatched! I love this picture and momma chickens look of wonder.

I''m stuck on which two to submit as they are all different. HMM Tom Turkey? Peacock in the garden? Baby Chicks? or newborn Naragansett Turkey???

AWW we set three duck eggs under our silkie and all three hatched. they are just starting to lay.
