well another Broody ..I washed the eggs I was saving from others to eat them ..So she just gets my eggs
Little TT was walking around a day ago " I said to her ..Why are you making a broody sound you are not broody ..Next thing I know she was ..Do you think they pick up on each others hormones ? Like Ladies who live in the same house ?

Hi there. Well It's been 28 days since I set the Peafowl eggs. only 3/6 were fertile which is about what you had said. All 3 hatched. One is still drying. Are these from your Spalding dark silver pied pen and the purple black shoulder? Trying to figure out colors.

Looks like white and IB split pied/white. The second chick could be purple split pied/white, as the rooster in that pen is carrying purple. But it may just be the lighting. Nice job hatching!!

Well the Frig eggs I gave the 2nd Broody didnt show any sign of life ...so she got some of my eggs in stead today
