I love my Roos & my Roos love their hens, but sometimes the hens back feathers and wings can show wear & tear from Roos affections, so Spring & Summer, or whenever a hen's back may need a break, I've used these hen saddles with wings guards. It really does protect & allow the feathers to grow back in. Plus they are adorable!
I bought 2 types with wing guards.
They also make ones with tail guards but I don't have an issue with hen tails being plucked. These are the 2 I have, and I'm very happy with the quality, they hold up well during dust baths, and Roo affections. They're machine washable & I hang them up to dry. So...yeah, I need more...you know why...chicken math! Hatched some newbies this year Lol.

I couldn't find it online, maybe a local tractor supply exclusive, but I thought it was funny when my dad bought me this:

Not a very good image, I know, but it's chicken wrapping paper! It even has breed names appropriate to each chicken. While this didn't happen, imagine if someone wrapped this in a different wrapping paper and gifted it to you for Christmas.
