If only I could change the sign to say “Hei Hei” instead of chickens. He doesn’t like my daughters, even if they’re the ones feeding him & his ladies some treats. I think he took my oldest daughters actions as a threat one day, & now I just don’t think he trusts children.

I would really be happy with any incubator probably! But this is the one I think I’ll ask for Christmas after researching and reading reviews. It’s not a bad price.

I would REALLY like a feeder! Right now my girls are very wasteful. I feed pellets and they pull them out of the dish I feed them in and I end up with way too much waste. No matter how often I scold them in they wait till my back is turned and it's like they are having a huge food fight!

We have had this for 5 weeks now and it has been really helpful. Most of our chickens are young and they had a hard time adapting to the shorter days, were staying out later and then having a hard time seeing their way around the coop. It doesn't help that we're situated between two small hills so it gets dark faster. There's no electricity to the coop and this was a great solution for us. I can turn the brightness mode to low/dim and set the timer to 1hr. By the time the light turns off everyone has settled in the coop and the sun has completely set right about the time it turns off. Plus I like that I can turn the light on from outside the coop to peak in and make sure everyone's alright....

The new duck-run is almost finished, the door was installed yesterday, today the roof will be covered with the 2x2" welded wire mesh. What's missing is an automatic door for the ducks, so they can be released in the morning and i can sleep in... This looks like the Mercedes of coop-doors:
