2021 Chick Order

I'm wondering now if it's not that I had a tiny runt in Welps order but that I had 3 giants in that order for my 4 silkies.....

My Frazzle has been named Porridge and my oldest barred Cochin male is DW (not allowed to say his name on here). The oldest birds got put inside today so I just have Murray McMurray, Hoovers and the 2nd IDEAL batch inside.

Noooo! Pugsly is looking like she has cross beak. I honestly can't tell, but she flew up to eye level when I moved everyone to the shed and her bottom beak looked a smidge crooked and her whole beak looked a tiny bit wonky. She's 7 weeks old, is this too late to prove it's genetic? Obviously if it's genetic, I can't breed her, but if it's from an injury then I can.

Apparently I have a baby Pheonix now. Like still has egg tooth and baby brain baby.

I am now mama hen in the chick shed. When I squat down, the lower chicks come hide under me and let me close to them

Also issue solved, just raided the nest and kidnapped mama so now she's inside nesting and baby was returned to her

Had our first poultry swap on Sunday and sold 10 of the little guys. I'm down:
