I know. One more pointless post from you.
I do think clarifying questions should be allowed here. I like knowing when my question is unclear, and I'm sure others do too.

I'm sure you like that option since it gives more opportunities for you to add clutter to the thread.I know.

Right, some questions are way too long to add.On this specific issue, it's more of an issue when you're watching the thread. I have the same issue. Sometimes I'm watching multiple threads and I forget what question was asked on which thread I'm watching. (Especially when the question is a yes or no question. There's no quick indicator what question was, unlike a question asking what kind of fishing reel one uses.)
But yes, I agree on the title being cluttered. Plus some questions are long.
Don't forget the day has to fit somewhere too...But 1 or 2 extra keywords make a huge difference. And shortening the date to compensate is a possibility.
Notabitail suggestion:
QOTD, Jul 8th '25 how do you like your eggs? is (almost) perfect.
This would be great too imho. : Question OTD, Jul 8th ‘25 how-you-like-eggs?
Yeah, the date, IDC if it was a Tuesday or a Wednesday I just know it was the fifth and not the sixth or the seventh etc...Don't forget the day has to fit somewhere too...
That's exciting?!Also, putting the question in the title takes away all the excitement of finding out what the Q of the Day is.
