I'm not sure what going on, but here's what I found out about your phone:
Your phone, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra, has several cameras:

You might want to check what mode you're in because the 108MP camera images should be 12,000 x 9000 pixels, and the 12MP camera images should be 4000x3000 pixels.

Nothing can be done with the 2000x2000, it's too small. Making it bigger will just make it more pixelated.

Thank you for your help with this, I struggle with technology sometimes. Is this photo a better example of what your looking for?
