(Not an entry, old photo)View attachment 3382421Chester, blue barred mix breed. I found Chester abandoned in a parking lot and he lived in my rooster-only flock. He was the friendliest rooster I’ve ever had, and he never showed a hint of human aggression. He loved being pet and going for long walks on the beach (literally, he walked on a leash). I miss him a lot.

He's handsome! What a fun rescue! One of my best roosters was named Chester, too.
