Thank you! What I meant was if there are any settings on your pictures where you can tell how it was taken. I have sooooo many pictures of my birds... like an embarrassing amount. I know some are in landscape and some aren't. Is there any way to know how it was taken?
turn your phone sideways. If the image goes vertical and is only in the center of your display, it's probably portrait.

I just go into Gallery, click on the picture, and see if the top and bottom is wide with shorter sides (landscape) or if the top and bottom is thin and the sides are tall (portrait). If it's landscape, then I could remember where the picture was in the Gallery, and click on it when I'm uploading. (On my laptop, I remember the number of the picture and the file it was in to upload.)
