Everyone has such beautiful birds and amazing photography skills !!

The judges are definitely going to have a difficult time picking only enough photos for one calendar!
Maybe we could get a different themed one if we have enough pictures? Adults/chicks potentially if there’s enough good ones

I applaud all of their hard work and time spent on these contests

My chick Junior hatched one day later Because the broodies left him behind I took the chick inside in a kangaroo sack and with a towl on top to keep Junior warm.
In the evening I tucked Junior in under one of the mama’s. Next day Junior could follow.

PS Junior is a bantam red speckled Sussex. Mai 2023

#4 Janice, a mix breed bantam (Dutch x Naine de Tournaisis). She already was on the calendar of 2023 with a flock mate. Janice is my most elegant chicken.
