Cropping is permitted. Just make sure it still meets the dimensions (at least 3000 pixels wide by 2000 high) after you crop it. If it doesn't, it'll be disqualified. Since these are going to be printed, the images need to meet the sizing requirements of the printing company and anything undersized won't work.

I wouldn't crop it I would just take out the sheep.

Silly as this sounds, shopping out the sheep would be a DQ. We don't allow post-processing to that extent. See rule 7.
