Nothing major, but a lot of smaller things. It started with falling off a ladder and hurting an elbow. Then, hurt my back, maybe more than once, then the other elbow. The elbow from falling still isn't well, and may never be. The back is better, and I got a shot in the other elbow and it is mostly well now. It has just been one thing after another. I think it was all for the best, because I had to slow down and it let older injuries heal as well. Feeling pretty good now all and all and getting back into my things I like to do.
I almost told her to ask about a ladder.

I drink tons of water. It’s ridiculous lol I’m constantly peeing though 🤣🤣🤣
When's the last time you had your blood sugar tested?

My resolution is to accept myself as I am. That is, to try to remember that I'm 70, not 35, and if things don't get done as I'd like to do them, or as I used to do them, oh well. I don't want to end up like Bill and break an elbow or a rib (or three) trying to keep doing things my body can't keep up with. It's okay to slow down a little when you're past your expiration date, put your feet up and just watch the world go by. I'm just a-chillin'.

I check it every morning

I've never been good at keeping track of my resolutions. I did drop about ten pounds over the last few months, but I think that that was due to increased activity, increased stress, and a long bout of illness earlier in December.
For this year I'd just like to be less stressed, maybe make it a full 12 months without working myself into a panic attack or anxiety attack, and be healthier in general. Spend more time praying, less time fretting, and leave fewer hobby projects half-finished.
