What happened?
I almost told her to ask about a ladder.Nothing major, but a lot of smaller things. It started with falling off a ladder and hurting an elbow. Then, hurt my back, maybe more than once, then the other elbow. The elbow from falling still isn't well, and may never be. The back is better, and I got a shot in the other elbow and it is mostly well now. It has just been one thing after another. I think it was all for the best, because I had to slow down and it let older injuries heal as well. Feeling pretty good now all and all and getting back into my things I like to do.
When's the last time you had your blood sugar tested?I drink tons of water. It’s ridiculous lol I’m constantly peeing though![]()

My resolution is to accept myself as I am. That is, to try to remember that I'm 70, not 35, and if things don't get done as I'd like to do them, or as I used to do them, oh well. I don't want to end up like Bill and break an elbow or a rib (or three) trying to keep doing things my body can't keep up with. It's okay to slow down a little when you're past your expiration date, put your feet up and just watch the world go by. I'm just a-chillin'.
Check your breath from time to time, too, just in case. Blood sugar alone isn't always an indicator of ketones (assuming that that's what BigBlueHen was implicating when she mentioned your blood sugar).I check it every morning
