Wow! That's more than most people can do. I can do about 2
When I started, I thought 30 seconds was a long time. I kept doing them, and they got longer. I try to do two a day, and aim for 3:00+.

Here's a tip: Do a plank when you're pissed off at something. (Like the news on the TV!) Channel that pissed offedness into physical energy.

I'd be doing planks all day long if that's your top tip.
Another idea I've thought of is to fill the bath with freezing cold water and do a plank over the top of it. Food for thought

Still haven't missed a day on the elliptical since December 8, 2023.

I've started tracking how many steps each day. I have a suspicion that my 6 month average from May to November will be higher than the November to May average. Unless I make it a priority. So I will.
