What breed is he? I love his coloring.

A Westfalische Totleger - aka deathlayer. He is no longer with us, sadly. The breed is fraught with genetic problems. I have two hens left. I hope to have some gold laced wyandotte x deathlayer crosses this summer. Should be interesting coloring, I hope!
