Nope. I get a PT-1 there. Medical transport/rides.

From work?

Nope. From the PHP (partial hospitalization program) I’ve been going to. It’s basically just groups all day like they have in some hospitals but you are home and don’t have to be in an actual hospital LOL it’s 9-3. They pick me up 8:30am.

Sort of? They do teach you a lot. Except it’s specifically for mental health. More like group therapy LOL

It’s a step down from the hospital. Which I was in one for 6 weeks. Just got out November 17th, 3 weeks ago.

Some examples. I’ve done both of these programs before. I like the first one better and that’s why I’m doing it again (I went a few years ago) but the second one is pretty good too.
