I use my cell phone.

Correction: I use my cell phone to shot the video then move it to my computer to review and pull the stills. I use VLC Media player to take 'snapshots' from the video, which are saved on my computer as .jpg. I'm not sure that makes them 'screenshots' or not.

some kind of effect was applied to it like a blur filter for the background. You can see the ghosting all around her on the ground.
