There seems to be some confusion about rule #12, so I've reworded it. It now says "All pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC".

Rule number 12 used to say "All pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc." That did not mean that you could not enter a picture that was posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., it just meant that we want you to do one of these:

This rule is in place because some people post their pictures on Facebook or use photo storage sites like Google and Photobucket, and in the past, we've seen photos disappear. Like this one from the 2013 Calendar Contest:
