2026 Emu Hatch-Along

Pics
Hatch window for the first round is officially here! Day 49! Incubator areas run anywhere from 97 to 98. I will get eggs separated out for hatching and put into hatching bags so I know who is who and from where. I'll be keeping a very close eye until hatching is complete. I have been having emu hatching dreams so I know we are close🤣

I just set 3 emu eggs today. Please add me to the 2026 hatch along. First time doing emu eggs! The kids are so excited. I hope we get some babies. I am in NY. Running on 97 degrees. Around 35% humidity. I’m using a smaller Brinsea for incubation but will switch over to a styrofoam for hatch time. Any advice is welcome. 🤗

Which brinsea incubator do you have? I incubated mine in a brinsea last year - it was tight but it worked!
